    RSCDS Annual Failte Ball

    Time: 2:00 pm

"Failte" means "welcome" in Scots gaelic. Each year the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society holds a ball with tasty appetizers, sweets and drinks, Scottish country dancing, and live music. Although the dances are not as difficult as many in this tradition, Scottish country dancing is not recommended unless you have some experience with this tradition. There is a separate, less expensive admission option for spectators who wish to eat, watch the fun, and listen to music (check the RSCDS website for all details). It's a great opportunity to dress up and enjoy a festive occasion; everyone is very friendly! This is an matinee dance, 2-6 p.m.
